    Everything was simply lovely. I was happy with hotel's beautiful location in the middle of jackson. It had amazing food, very professional staff. In general the service was excellent!

    We really enjoyed our two-night stay here. the location of this hotel is absolutely beautiful-it's just a short distance from the Sleepy Poet Antiques Mall. Plus, it's only a 5-minute walk to downtown, and the staff were incredibly friendly. 😊.

    I recently went on holiday to a huge and impressive resort in Germany. The grounds were enormous with old trees and a beautiful pond. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, with one employee being particularly brilliant. The breakfast was excellent, and the food and location were incredible.

    A couple of individuals need customer experience training to cater to a more global client base. , the privacy in my room was missing, and guests and staff had to pass and look into the room even though I closed the curtains.

    My recent stay at Weissenhaus Private Nature Luxury Resort was very nice. The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated and provided a peaceful atmosphere. The extensive grounds, complete with old trees and a serene pond, allowed for a relaxing experience. The staff was cute and provided great service. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. I highly recommend this resort for a luxurious and tranquil getaway.

    I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really good, providing a warm and professional welcome. The service was 5-star, and I did not experience any issues that others have mentioned regarding staff or service. The bar, 1896, had a fantastic selection of cocktails, and the spa was a wonderful place to relax. The hotel itself had beautiful grounds to wander around, with an enormous park filled with old trees and a charming pond. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated and spacious. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

    The complimentary spa treatments and breakfast were fantastic. The location near the beach and the beautiful scenery added to the overall experience. The staff was friendly and helpful.

    The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm at times. The noise from other guests passing by was a bit disruptive.

    Good , This hotel is a luxurious paradise. the Spa & wellness centre is outstanding, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. the beauty treatments available were top, class and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the location is perfect, with direct beach access, a sun terrace and sun loungers.

    Bad , the only minor aspect that bothered me was the lack of an outdoor swimming pool. the hotel boasts a wealth of swimming facilities, but with such a beautiful location, an outdoor pool would have been the cherry on top of this luxury escape.

    Fantastic bar with great cocktails. Wonderful spa. Really good and professional staff. 5-star service. Most beautiful hotel, great Front of House Asst Manager. Amazing food and location. Super friendly staff and warm welcome. Enormous park with old trees, pond, and pool. Tastefully decorated and spacious room. Excellent breakfast.

    Celebrated new year in a wonderful resort with great atmosphere. the grounds were beautiful, well-maintained with an impressive decor. the staff was friendly and professional, always available to assist us. We enjoyed the luxurious spa and the delicious food. the location was perfect for relaxation and long walks on the private beach.

    The rooms could use some improvement and updating. the bathroom was quite outdated and needed renovation.

    This hotel is nothing short of luxurious, with exclusive amenities that provide an exquisite experience. the Spa & wellness center is a definite highlight, with a stunning indoor swimming pool, sauna, and treatment rooms that offer a range of massages and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace are perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful garden area. the open-air bath is another standout feature, providing ultimate relaxation. the restaurant and bar/lounge area are top-notch, with an extensive menu that includes special diet options. the location advantages are also noteworthy, with beach access and beach umbrellas available for guests to enjoy.

    The only minor issue was the limited privacy in the ground floor Meierei room. Guests and staff passing by can look into the room, which was a bit uncomfortable.
